    \n1.1 Our terms and conditions apply to all services offered on our website and are an integral part of our contracts. We shall only be bound by any deviations if they have been agreed in writing.
    \n1.2 The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries and services provided by FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH.
    \n1.3 The application of general terms and conditions of the customer, of whatever kind, are excluded in any case, even if they do not contradict these General Terms and Conditions, unless they have been expressly recognised in writing by FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH.
    \n1.4 Acts of fulfilment or silence on the part of FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH shall not lead to the customer's general terms and conditions being recognised.<\/li>\n
  2. Offers<\/strong>
    \n2.1 Our offers are non-binding. The contract shall not be deemed concluded until FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH has issued a written order confirmation.
    \n2.2 Online shop offers
    \nAll offers in the fbt.shop online shop are subject to change and non-binding. As the shop offer is revised at regular intervals, the prices stated at the time of ordering apply. All previous price quotations lose their validity with an update of the shop stock or an article. For deliveries abroad, any customs duties and\/or taxes incurred shall be borne by the customer.
    \nYou have selected your desired products and would now like to order in the shop. You can correct all entries until you send your order. Only when you have checked your data on the last order page do you send your order to www.fbt.shop or the operator, FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH, by clicking the \"Order with obligation to pay\" button. After sending your order, you will receive an individual e-mail with your personal order confirmation. In this e-mail you will also find all further information about payment processing and delivery. The goods are ordered by submitting the completed order form online. Acceptance of the order (conclusion of contract) takes place when we dispatch the goods after checking your order and payment.
    \n2.3 The products may have a distorted colour appearance in the illustrations. We are not liable for illustrations that deviate from the actual product and refer to the written description of the products.<\/li>\n
  3. Retention of title<\/strong>
    \n3.1 The goods remain the property of FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH until the purchase price and all costs and expenses have been paid in full. In the case of collection in the shop, only a reservation is made online, the purchase contract is only concluded in the shop. In this case there is no legal right of cancellation.
    \n3.2 In the event of default, FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH is entitled to assert its rights arising from the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the retention of title does not constitute a cancellation of the contract, unless FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH expressly declares its cancellation of the contract.<\/li>\n
  4. Right of cancellation<\/strong>
    \n4.1 The contractual partner FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH reserves the right to unilateral cancellation of purchases that appear dubious, suggest a deliberate intention to defraud, are not economical and the like.

  5. Non-fulfilment\/delay in delivery and performance<\/strong>
    \nNo claim for damages shall arise against the seller if the delivery deadline is exceeded.<\/li>\n
  6. Default of acceptance<\/strong>
    \nIf the contractual partner is in default of acceptance, FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH shall be entitled either to store the goods against offsetting of the costs incurred and at the same time to insist on fulfilment of the contract or to withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period and to utilise the goods elsewhere.
    \nOnline shop orders - Automatic cancellation \/ return<\/em>
    \nIn the event of cancellation, please return the goods to us. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.     Commissions and fees to the payment service provider selected by the customer<\/a>The customer shall be liable for any return costs that are not refunded to us. Returns that are not prepaid will not be accepted and these return charges will be borne by the customer. We use a parcel service that can be tracked with a tracking link and pay the additional charge incurred for the customer. With this parcel notification service, the customer has the option of redirecting the parcel until shortly before delivery, thus enabling the parcel service to deliver the delivery in the best possible way. Despite all the supporting systems, however, doorstep deliveries are not a binding part of the fulfilment of an order.<\/em>Automatic returns are equivalent to a cancellation and are processed identically. Automatic returns include<\/em>
    \n- non-acceptance of the order\/delivery, or<\/em>
    \n- no deliverability by the commissioned parcel service, or<\/em>
    \n- No collection of the goods from the parcel shop (if available) despite corresponding information from the parcel service or parcel tracking link. (Explanation: the commissioned parcel service is required by us to carry out a door-to-door delivery. However, due to challenging, aggravating issues in parcel delivery, this doorstep delivery can no longer be guaranteed today (e.g. driving bans, stopping bans, traffic, staff shortages, etc.) and therefore the customer confirms with the order the willingness to pick up the parcel at the parcel shop of the parcel service).<\/em><\/li>\n
  7. Delivery time<\/strong>
    \nThe delivery time specified by us begins with the order and is met on the day of dispatch or readiness for dispatch.<\/li>\n
  8. Terms of payment<\/strong>
    \n8.1 The purchase price must be paid in advance.
    \n8.2 Express delivery is possible at the customer's request; the customer shall bear the additional costs.
    \n8.3 If special packaging is required or requested, the additional costs incurred will be charged.
    \n8.4 Carriage forward returns in the broadest sense will not be accepted. Any costs incurred as a result of carriage forward returns or returns due to non-deliverability will be charged to the customer.
    \n8.5 Extended online shop payment terms<\/strong>
    \nThe fbt.shop online shop offers various payment options, some of which include an additional fee. With the exception of \"payment in advance\", goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days. If the goods cannot be delivered in full, we will inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries or reduce quantities. Any delays in delivery by FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH do not entitle you to claim damages.
    \n8.6 Online payment by invoice and financing
    \nIn co-operation with     Klarna<\/a> AB (publ), Sveav\u00e4gen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
    \n8.6.1 Invoice
    \nThe payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.     \n8.6.2 Instalment purchase
    \nWith Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1\/24 of the total amount (but at least \u20ac6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice.     \n8.6.3 Data protection notice
    \nThe use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy<\/a> treated.<\/li>\n
  9. Interest on arrears<\/strong>
    \nEven if the buyer is in default of payment through no fault of his own, FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH shall be entitled to charge interest on arrears in the amount of 3% per annum on an aliquot basis.<\/li>\n
  10. Shortening by more than half<\/strong>
    \nThe applicability of \u00a7 934 ABGB is excluded.<\/li>\n
  11. Data protection<\/strong>
    \nThe customer agrees that we may use the data entered by him to inform the customer about further offers and to send him advertising by post, e-mail, SMS, fax or telephone. The customer can object to the sending of information at any time.

  12. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction<\/strong>
    \nAustrian law shall apply to the exclusion of any conflict of law rules. Place of jurisdiction and place of fulfilment is Salzburg. If the customer is a consumer, any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in whose district the consumer's place of residence, habitual abode or place of employment is located.

  13. Weapons law and acquisition authorisation<\/strong>
    \nIf you are interested in purchasing weapons, please observe the applicable national weapons laws and requirements for a purchase authorisation. If you do not fulfil these requirements when concluding the contract, you will have to pay a cancellation fee in accordance with \"Item 13.3 \"Reversal\"<\/strong> instead.

    1. For customers from Germany<\/strong> applies: The verification of the nationally applicable purchase authorisation, the entry in the German NWR (National Weapons Register) and the delivery of products regulated by weapons law is carried out by our German partners (German arms trade). By concluding a purchase contract, you consent to the transfer of your relevant personal data to our partners in Germany. Our partners will contact you in this regard during the course of a transaction. The handover or delivery of firearms-regulated products to end customers is carried out in accordance with the applicable German Weapons Act.<\/li>\n
    2. For customers from Austria<\/strong> applies: The dispatch of products regulated by firearms law to end customers is prohibited in Austria. You can collect your purchased products from one of our partners (Austrian arms dealers). This partner will then check your authorisation to purchase and register you in the Central Weapons Register (ZWR). Please note that the costs for registration in the ZWR are not included in the purchase price. By concluding a purchase contract, you consent to the transfer of your relevant personal data to the relevant partners in Austria. The delivery of products regulated by firearms law to end customers is carried out in accordance with the applicable Austrian Weapons Act.<\/li>\n
    3. Reversal<\/strong>If it is determined that you do not meet the applicable requirements for the purchase authorisation, the purchase will be reversed or cancelled at your expense. The cancellation fee is 40% of the gross contract amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Transport<\/strong>
      \nUnless otherwise agreed, the goods shall be dispatched at the customer's expense and risk. We shall choose the mode of dispatch and packaging that we deem most favourable.

    5. Price<\/strong>
      \n15.1 All end customer prices quoted by FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH are in euros, including VAT.
      \n15.2 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all deliveries shall be invoiced at the prices valid on the date of purchase.
      \n15.3 Sales are made at gross prices. VAT is calculated from these gross prices on a country-specific basis.

    6. Compensation for damages<\/strong>
      \nWe shall only pay compensation if we can be accused of wilful intent or gross negligence. The amount of any compensation shall be limited to the price of the goods.

    7. IT security<\/strong>
      \nWe expressly point out that we have taken all organisational and technical measures to exclude or avoid cybercrime attacks as far as possible. These measures correspond to the current state of the art and are updated on an ongoing basis. In the event that disruptions or failure of the IT systems should occur, we exclude liability for any resulting negative consequences, in particular damages.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Image rights<\/strong>
      \nFBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH holds all image rights to images in the shop. Use without our express consent is not permitted.<\/li>\n
