The use of vapour pressure for commercial vapours has undergone a thorough technological overhaul during the last decade. With the length dominated by machining processes such as cutting and milling, changes in additive manufacturing - specifically selective laser melting (SLM) of titanium powder - mark a paradigm shift in the design of ballistic damping systems.
Företaget FBT Fine Ballistic Tools GmbH has positioned itself in the market for this technological development with product line INCA. This document serves as a complete technical documentation and user manual for the INCA family of products, including the HOT, AIR, ONE and TAC series.
They are designed for professional use, vapour lockers and technical sports skates, together with a year that includes a comprehensive range of functions, handling and support for this complex monolithic system. In addition to the expertise of conventional dampers, which often consist of a door and a baffle stack, INCA systems are characterised by a monolithic construction, all of which is tried and tested “in one piece”. This design philosophy requires a new approach to handling, which is characterised by an even surface, as well as the fact that it has been designed for maximum structural integration and optimised geometry.
1.1 Mål och tillämpningsområde
The primary purpose of this report is to provide a standardised and safety-oriented instruction for the use of 3D-printed titanium alloy dampers. While traditional manuals often use web-to-web processors for the installation, this document focusses on the proper use of the cutting edge and the system's ballistic implication. The instructions focus on the use of the “Cold Bore Shot” and the reduction of the number of shots, as well as on the sporting and tactical use, which is characterised by a high degree of efficiency and a high level of time pressure.
1.2 Development of INCA series: From concept to series production
Named INCA is a programme for the integration of modern materials. The application is designed to eliminate defects with classic steel dampers (high strength, corrosion resistance) and aluminium dampers (low heat resistance, erosion). By using titanium in 3D printing, internal structures can be realised that are flow-optimised, without restricting the CNC milling process. This allows for the creation of a smooth material structure and a design that effectively prevents and clears gas flow in the machine.
The product family is characterised by five specialised application areas: the robust HOT-series for maximum load, the lätta AIR-series med mirage-skydd, the integrerade ONE-series for electronic symbiosis with vapnet and the tactical TAC-series for semi-automatic and automatic systems.

The application of the Directive is subject to strict regulation within the European Union and in national legislation. This manual is required by EU Directive 2003/10/EC on the protection of workers from risks arising from exposure to bulls and the relevant provisions on provocation.
2.1 Legal classification and administrative responsibility
In the most recent European legislation, the law on the protection of rights has been amended. This means that the judgement is considered to be a present danger. As a rule, the use and maintenance of the device is not permitted. In Austria and most of the other federal states, it is necessary to ensure that the right to hunt and hunt dogs is maintained.
- Transport: In the EU, the European Skjutvapenpasset (European Skjutvapenpasset) must be applied, as the judge must be registered.
- Montering: In the second hand, a pipe is used to carry out a complete operation (often requires new proving/inspection).

2.3 Basic position of the safety controller before handling
- Ladd status: For each manipulation, the valve must be protected against unauthorised access.
- Temperature: Acute risk for burns after skjutning! Titanium can be a hundred degrees worse.

Judgements have a single M22x1 female connector. This is not connected to a specific pipe; the final adapter is connected to the vapour port.
4.2 Installation av common adapter

6.1 “Underhållsfri” - Myt och verklighet
Titanium does not corrode, but the change is necessary to maintain the functions and the quality.
6.2 Tillåtna rengöringsmetoder
- Genomlopp (Bore): Varje 200-500:e skott med en nylon- eller bronsborste.
- Gängvård: Rengör regelbundet. Change uteslutande keramisk pasta (anti-seize). Change old oil or fat (risk for koksning/förkolning).
- Utvändig rengöring: Vatten/tvål for Titan (HOT), fuktig trasa for Kolfiber (AIR/ONE).
6.3 Förbjudna åtgärder
- Inga ultraljudsbad for HOT/AIR/ONE (risk for structural damage). Tillåtet för TAC.
- Inga kemiska bath (risk for damage retention in pores and surface corrosion).
- Försök aldrig öppna ljuddämparen.
6.4 Förvaring (Viktigt!)
Skruva av ljuddämparen efter varje användning! The fruit and herbal residues form a barrier to the damping effect. Make sure that the effect of the sound is not reduced.
