Yes, this is possible. Enter your VAT number (sales tax identification number) on the checkout page together with your invoice and delivery data. Your VAT number will be checked live. As soon as it has been checked, your order will be confirmed and you will receive your order confirmation with the VAT number already taken into account. Please note that a VAT-exempt intra-community delivery is only possible with a valid VAT number and only to other EU countries outside of Austria.

We ship daily, with the exception of public holidays. The average delivery time after the parcel has been handed over to the parcel service provider is 24 hours within Austria and 48 hours within Germany. All other EU countries within a few days.

You finalise your order by clicking on "Buy". After completion, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This will list the products ordered, all costs incurred and the billing and delivery address.

Depending on the chosen payment method, we will dispatch your order on the following working day or after receipt of your advance payment.

You will receive the invoice as a PDF file by e-mail after the goods have been dispatched. A delivery note is enclosed with the parcel itself.

Please also state the different delivery address when ordering. You also have the option of adding a personal comment to the gift, for example a thank you or a greeting. Please use the comment field on the checkout page. We will print this greeting on the delivery note which is always enclosed with the parcel. You will receive the invoice itself by e-mail.
