VAT refund abroad

On request, your order will be sent a U34 Form for the export of goods for the customs office. Send this back to us by post together with the stamped invoice. You will then receive a refund of the VAT to your bank account. Due to the very high costs involved, a processing fee of € 30 will be charged for orders with a net value of less than € 125.
