A Highlight this year at the Jagd und Hund trade fair in Dortmund was indeed the Presentation of the Mauser 25 a new straight pull bolt action rifle from Mauser.
We were enthusiastic about the gun. We quickly developed the UNIC carbon fibre stock for it - see report.
In the meantime, we have been thinking hard as a team. We wanted to make much more out of the Mauser 25.

The Mauser 25 | A new tuning chapter with integrated FBT Take Down function in the UNIC carbon fibre stock + integral silencer
We are convinced that our model will win you over with its Take-down conceptwhich allows the barrel to be dismantled for the first time.
Integrated in the shaft is a Hexagon spannerwith which the barrel can be removed in seconds - ideal for transport or cleaning.
With a total weight of 3.02 kg and a barrel length of 41 cm (shorter than the standard 51 cm model), the weapon is particularly compact and mobile.
Technical milestones of the weapon and combination tuning
- UNIC carbon shaft:
The ultra-light carbon stock combines traditional Mauser quality with the latest carbon technology. It is characterised by Low weight, Distortion-free stability and Optimised ergonomics out. The perforated structure of the shaft further reduces the weight without compromising robustness. - INCA ONE 31Ti integral silencer:
The in Titanium 3D printing manufactured silencer reduces the noise level by up to 28 dB and significantly minimises recoil. The integration into the barrel ensures Balanced weight distribution and a slim design. Titanium also offers outstanding Heat resistance - crucial for intensive hunting operations. - Mauser Spread Lock 250 bolt:
The fastener locks with two support flaps on a total of 250 degrees and offers with 66 mm² contact surface Maximum safety - an upgrade to the legendary Mauser 98 system (59 mm²) 24. The Ergonomically positioned chamber handles also enables lightning-fast repetition. - Stepless direct trigger:
The trigger can be set between 700 and 1,700 grams and convinces with a "dry" characteristic - precise and without a trailing effect.

Take-down concept: innovation meets practicality
Our FBT take-down system on the Mauser 25 is tailored to the needs of modern hunters.
The integrated Hexagon spanner in the shaft makes it possible to remove the barrel anytime and anywhere - a unique selling point that is particularly advantageous for travelling or mountain hunters.
The combination of 41 cm barrel and INCA ONE 31Ti silencer also makes the weapon Extremely handywithout compromising on range or ballistics.
