The INCA® HOT is made entirely of titanium, one of the most valuable and durable metals used in aerospace and medical technology.
Titanium is exceptionally strong, weighs almost half as much as steel and can withstand very high temperatures - even annealing is no problem.
The most durable 3D-printed monolithic structure ensures safe and long-lasting use. In addition, the titanium surface has a heat-resistant Cerakote coating on the outside. The "diamond" surface ensures that you have the grip you need without dirt sticking to it.
No calibre can overtax the HOT series. Equipped with an M22x1 thread, you can use both direct thread adapters and a quick-release fastener.

With the acquisition of industrial SLS (selective laser sintering) and SLM (selective laser melting) printers, we have the opportunity to optimise our production processes, implement customer requirements quickly and strengthen our market position.

With regard to the principle of operation of the silencer, a basic distinction must be made between two types of silencers.
- The first type are the simple but of course very effective "volume silencers", which work with simple expansion volumes. However, they require a very large design to achieve this volume. Examples include devices from Hausken, freyr& devic, Aim-Sport, ASE ULTRA or the Optima devices from A-tec.
- The second type is "gas flow or sound propagation controlling devices", which include, for example, the INCA 32 OBS falls.
The INCA guides the sound waves or the supersonic gas flow into so-called "dead-running caverns" (to the Maxim principle which have a very small internal volume but a very large surface area.
The large and rough surface acts as a gas flow brake and cooling surface. The large surface thus eliminates the annoying "first-shot effect" that unfortunately always occurs when hunting
With 3D printing technology, these two basic principles are becoming increasingly blurred, as this modern technology makes completely new designs possible.
