HIKMICRO Thunder Pro TH35PC | Thermal imaging attachment
Welcome to the age of sensors coupled with state-of-the-art digital intelligence. Yes, that's right, we now live in a world in which high-end aids have become indispensable. You could perhaps also say that we live in two worlds. In a real and a virtual reality.
The HIKMICRO Thunder Pro TH35PC Thermal imaging attachment is perfect for use with riflescopes - especially at short distances.
It offers powerful thermal imaging in an affordable package with a potential Detection range of up to 1800 m and advanced features such as WIFI and video recording at an incredible price
With a lens diameter of 35 mm, it is the middle model in the Thunder series. The device is interesting for hunters who often need thermal imaging attachments in use.
With the Thunder Pro TH35PC thermal imaging attachment, you can rely on 100%ig in any situation. This WBG is the perfect companion for hunting challenges at close range.
The thermal imaging device has a Extensive range of functions. Display functions such as different colour modes, picture-in-picture mode and several memory profiles are already a matter of course with this device.
It is worth noting that even this entry-level device has WLAN and a video recording function.
The centrepiece of the TH35PC is the Thermal sensor HIKMICRO 384×288 px with 12 μm and < 35mK NETD sensitivity. Due to its recording resolution, the mid-range sensor is very well able to provide a detailed thermal image at a still moderate price.
The HIKMICRO combination of sensor and lens is best suited for Observation distances of up to 400 metres.
The 35 mm focal length has a 1x basic magnification and can be digitally magnified up to 8x. With the picture-in-picture function, this is ideal for exploring image details.
The high-quality F1.0 lens system ensures that the Total available thermal energy to the sensor and thus increases the recognisability and detail accuracy of the image.
HIKMICRO's advanced algorithm processes this raw signal and delivers a detailed image on the 10 mm OLED display with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution.
Experienced hunters can determine which functionalities are actually useful in practice for the respective hunting use. Hunters then decide for yourself.

HIKMICRO Thunder Pro TH35PC thermal imaging device | digital foresight and technological progress combined | Details
With the Colour settings on the OLED display can be made from Choose from 4 colour palettes: White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Fusion. The Thunder WBK can also be used with the HIKMICRO App to seamlessly control, stream and record your shooting experience.
The HIKMICRO Thunder is equipped with 2 removable CR123A or RCR123 batteries operated.
You can also extend this time with an external USB power bank. These power sources are sufficient for 4 hours of use, but this can be extended again by replacing the battery.
The complete optics & technology is supported by a Robust aluminium housing with IP67 protection standard protected, which means that the device can theoretically be submerged up to one metre under water for up to one minute.
Use the built-in Wi-Fi to connect to the HIKMICRO Sight app and stream, record and control the Thunder from your phone, tablet or other mobile device.
You can work in Real-time streaming to enhance your hunting experience with a friend. The app also gives you access to all important controls such as Colour palettes, magnification, brightness and contrast.
This means you can easily configure the Thunder to best suit your needs. The WB attachment focuses specifically on networked, modern and digital intelligence to provide hunting-relevant information at the touch of a button in the field of vision and mobile.

Read on - Considerations for the purchase of a thermal imaging device
Today's thermal imaging target devices are high-end precision devices of the latest design
They comprehensively fulfil the Needs of hunters and marksmenwhich place the highest demands on the performance of the target devices.
Dual-use devices:
These are suitable both for use by hand and as an attachment for a day optic on a weapon. When used as attachments, they are attached to a target optic - usually the objective lens - with the aid of a clamping adapter. Clamping adapters are offered both by suppliers of thermal imaging optics themselves and by various manufacturers. Disadvantage: Clamping solutions can lead to aiming errors and thus to unintended animal suffering.
Thermal imaging target optics / night vision target optics:
These high-end devices are mounted on the weapon as independent optical sights, are extremely precise and have their own internal reticle with many adjustment options.
The essential elements of a thermal imaging optic include
1. the objective lens (the size determines the amount of heat radiation that enters the WB device and thus reaches the heat sensor)
2. the thermal image sensor / detector (determines the resolution via its temperature sensitivity, good formats are 640 x 480 pixels). Important here is the performance of less than 35 mk NETD sensitivity (thermal sensitivity of the sensor - the smaller, the better).
3. the quality of the OLED screen (affects the image display) - 1024×768 is a good standard today.
Thermal imaging optics / night vision optics are even classified as prohibited articles in various countries! Even possession is prohibited and punishable by law. Please observe the applicable legal situation in your country.
Whether a WB optic is sufficiently bulletproof is one of the most important criteria in the selection process - especially for powerful calibres.
When firing, considerable forces act on the WB riflescope. Riflescopes are described as bulletproofif they can withstand these forces without any changes to the housing, the mechanics or the reticle.
The high standard of good thermal imaging optics means that the Shot resistance of target optics guaranteed.
Just like this Just as important as the bullet resistance of WB riflescopes is the bullet resistance of mounts.
