More than 60 years ago, Mike Walker designed the first Remington* 700. Since its introduction in 1962, the Remington* 700 has become one of the highest profile and most widely used bolt action rifles in the world.
Combine STRASSER's "Passionate Innovation" with the Remington** 700 design and the result is the world's first Model 700 straight-pull repeater, the RS 700.
Runs: Our system accepts all 700 barrels with barrel nut or shoulder. As we use a so-called "fat bolt" design, a small amount of reworking is necessary to accommodate our bolt, which has a slightly larger diameter than the original.
AICS compatible: AICS stands for "Accuraty International Chassis System" and is the standard on the market for magazines. Every double-row AICS-compatible magazine fits into the rifle. Both polymer and metal with and without binder plate.
Deductions: All 700 mm triggers are compatible with our rifle.
